It depends on the package. Mini sessions run 30 minutes. Family and couples sessions range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the tier. Headshots range from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Weddings range from 4 to 10 hours of coverage. We never rush. You will always have enough time to get the shots you want.

Mini sessions are delivered within 48 hours. Most portrait and headshot sessions are delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Weddings are delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. Rush delivery is available as an add-on for most session types at +$75.

After booking, you will receive a wardrobe guide tailored to your session type. The short version: coordinate colors but don't match exactly, avoid large logos or busy patterns, and choose clothes that make you feel like yourself. Layers and textures photograph well. When in doubt, neutral tones and earth colors are always a safe bet in Chicago's outdoor settings.

Yes. We serve the greater Chicagoland area and are available for destination sessions and weddings anywhere. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 25 miles from Chicago. For destination weddings and sessions, we will provide a custom quote that includes travel and lodging.

Head to our Contact page and choose your path. For mini sessions, family, couples, headshots, and photo tours, use the Book Now form. Pick your session type, choose a preferred date, and submit. For weddings and events, use the Request a Consult form and we will follow up to build a custom plan. Your spot is locked in once your retainer is received.

The retainer is non-refundable. It reserves your date and time exclusively. For portrait sessions, the retainer is 50% of the session fee. For weddings, it is 33%. Rescheduling is available with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. If weather forces a cancellation for an outdoor session, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

Yes, for wedding packages. After your retainer is paid, we can split the remaining balance into installments leading up to your wedding date. Just let us know when you book and we will set up a schedule that works. Mini sessions are paid in full at booking. For portrait and headshot sessions, the balance is due 7 days before your session. For weddings and events, the balance is due 14 days before the event.

Absolutely. Every session includes a full print release, so you can print your photos anywhere you like. We also offer professional heirloom albums starting at $400, available as an add-on with any session type. Additional prints and products can be ordered through your private gallery.

Yes. Video reels are available as an add-on for family, couples, headshot, and photo tour sessions at +$350. For weddings, cinematic video is included in the Signature Photo+Video package ($5,500) and the Full Experience package ($7,500), or can be added to any wedding package at +$350. We handle photo and video under one creative vision. No separate vendor needed.
